Engagement Overview

We were hired to design and develop a centralised consulting project management platform. The goal was to consolidate project execution, client communication, data collection, analysis and reporting into a single environment.

Before the platform, information and activities were scattered across multiple tools and communication channels, generating rework and limiting visibility into project progress. The client needed a scalable digital solution that would standardise their workflows and improve collaboration throughout the entire consulting lifecycle.

To create a unified platform that would support both internal consulting teams and external clients during the execution of operational improvement projects.

The platform was developed as a multi-layered web application covering the full consulting workflow:

Before designing the platform, we mapped existing consulting workflows alongside stakeholders to identify the real operational bottlenecks.

• Standardization vs. Flexibility: each consulting project is different, so the platform needed to be structured enough to create standards, yet flexible enough to accommodate variations.
• Multiple User Profiles: the system needed to allow seamless interaction between consultants, managers and clients while maintaining proper access control and data segregation.
• Traceability: all activities, data exchanges and recommendations needed to be auditable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scalability: the platform was designed to support future growth and new consulting workflows, requiring scalable cloud infrastructure and sustainable deployment processes.

The platform replaced a fragmented set of tools with a single, integrated environment. As a result, the client was able to:
