Engagement Overview
We were hired to design and develop a centralised consulting project management platform. The goal was to consolidate project execution, client communication, data collection, analysis and reporting into a single environment.
Before the platform, information and activities were scattered across multiple tools and communication channels, generating rework and limiting visibility into project progress. The client needed a scalable digital solution that would standardise their workflows and improve collaboration throughout the entire consulting lifecycle.
